When he is convicted he should face the death penalty. What I don't want to see happen as a result of this is the gun control folks screaming for more of our rights. Our Second Amendment is valuable to us. It allows us to protect ourselves and family from dangerous people. I fell pretty safe in America as a result. I live in a state where we can carry firearms. I know not all people carry guns, but I believe the knowledge that some people carry guns makes a lot of criminals think twice. This man should be charged with both murder and treason.
